The first-ever Art in Nature Walk is an outdoor art exhibit located along King County’s Snoqualmie Valley Trail between Entwistle Street and the Tolt River in Carnation, WA. The art walk runs from July 2 to September 1, 2025, and includes over 50 works of art created by local artists, on cedar rounds and hung in the maple trees along the trail. This outdoor, temporary art installation is produced by LAF and includes the promotion and sale of artwork by established and emerging Valley artists, with ALL proceeds going to the artists!
Free and open to the public, the exhibit welcomes everyone to stroll or walk along the trail to view the displayed artworks. The community can walk a short distance from Carnation to enjoy the work and have the option to purchase onsite through our online gallery. By locating the exhibit close to parking and roads, people with special needs will be able to access the viewing area as well. So, everyone can participate in this temporary outdoor gallery.

The Carnation Chamber of Commerce will host an opening ceremony and ribbon cutting at Nick Loutsis Park from 6 pm to 7:30 pm on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, where you can meet and interact with the artists and enjoy refreshments before strolling through the installation.
We’re hoping this can become an annual event providing exciting new work by local artists while bringing people into Carnation to enjoy the trails, restaurants, and businesses in the area.
